So after many years looking at our old website and thinking “yeah one day I’ll update it”, we have finally launched our new site.
We think it’s a lot cleaner and faster and it will integrate more automation features and showcase our services and ecommerce packages a bit better than the old site.
We’ll also be adding our AI Chatbot very soon, it will be in beta for a while so we can collect the transcripts and retrain the AI Assistant. Currently it can handle Quote Requests and Urgent Help Requests by listening for utterances that match an intent then branching off and creating a support ticket in our Clickup task management system.
Once we get the Chatbot working efficiently we’ll also offer this as a service, pretty excited about that as there are many things it can do and it will give the developers some new challenges.
