1. Discovery and Planning
   • We start by understanding your technical and business requirements, your goals, and unique challenges you may already have.
   • Our team collaborates with you to define project scope, timelines, and key deliverables.
   • Once you’re happy with the plan we can begin the onboarding process. 
   • As part of the onboarding process, you will be provided with access to our ClickUp app with full access to create tasks and comment against tasks.
2. Design and Architecture
   • Depending on your requirements, our senior developer will work with our development manager to architect and document the project.
   • If a user interface design is required, we can create a mockup in Figma for your approval, or you can provide your own mockup.
3. Development
   • We follow agile development practices using Kanban boards and we assign tasks based on priorities and logial development flow.
   • Our developers have a range of skills and we will choose a team to work on your project based on these skills.
   • Developers will choose tasks from the backlog, move them to In Progress and then to QA once the task is ready for testing.
   • All source code is stored in a Git repository for easy deployment & version control.
4. Testing and Quality Assurance
   • Our QA staff will test each task as it moves into the QA list and either approve the change and move it to QA Client or move it back to the In Progress if further work is required.
   • Once the task is in QA Client, you will have the opportunity to test the task for yourself.
5. Deployment and Launch
   • All of our projects are developed and tested on a development server first in order to minimise disruption to the production environment.
   • When a project or task is ready for deployment, we use an automated deployment process to deploy the change and test the change in production.
   • We also provide comprehensive training and documentation for your team if required.
6. Ongoing Support and Optimization
   • We offer continued support and maintenance to keep your solution running smoothly.
